Planning application submitted.
Following an unimplemented planning application from 2006, by a previous owner, the Client wanted to extend and alter their living space to their 1990s built home in Bristol.
The proposed interventions would create a more comfortable environment for their children to grow in, produce a better relationship between the garden and living space and provide a flexible study / play space. Also proposed is an extended dining space and rear extension to create a more cohesive set of rooms and a relocating of the utility / storage space. The design aims to give the dwelling a more contemporary feel with the inclusion of oriel windows and a differing palette of materials.
